Live 212! + Announcement
Some of you may recall this workout from a few weeks back:
1:00 Max Rep MB Slams
It’s important to remember – more does not always mean better. That being said, there was a great comment made after that workout “That was a 212! If I was doing that on my own, I would have called it good after 3 rounds.”
The small things you do add up over time make a big difference-it’s the entire idea behind 212. One degree really does make a huge difference. Whether it’s getting one more rep in, shaving one second off your time, or pushing just a little bit harder when you don’t think you have anything left in the tank, that extra degree separates those who succeed from those who fall short. Live 212!
We are thrilled to introduce our newest member of our coaching team — Chandler Morrison. He is currently finishing up his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of Utah and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Functional Training Specialist through the American Council on Exercise. He has over three years’ experience in fitness coaching and has most recently been training at a studio in Park City. Please give him a warm welcome to our community!
