Our OverDrive class is best described as “Beyond Bootcamp”. This is a high intensity class that is the best strength and conditioning program for recreational athletes and also happens to be the perfect program for those who seek to change their body composition. This class will continue to challenge and push you every day — and whether you are a beginner or exercise veteran — you will be amazed at the changes in your strength and conditioning right away! The same strength and conditioning programming as our adult class described above, specifically designed for high school students ages 14-18. Offered Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays at 4 p.m. Find out more here.
LifeDrive is small group training program which includes strength and power training and conditioning. We recommend this class for adults age 70+ or anyone becoming aware of the negative effects of aging- loss of strength, balance, mobility & confidence. Offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 -10:30 a.m.
