Our Strength:101 program is designed for junior high and high school students who are looking to learn about the fundamentals of strength and conditioning and to stand out in their athletics. The perfect training program to increase speed, agility, strength, conditioning and flexibility to not only improve one’s athleticism but to rise above the competition.
Jr. High and High School Students, age 12-19
Class designed specifically for students who are looking to learn the fundamentals of strength and conditioning, and/or improve their athletic performance. We pay special attention to the specific development of the body through these fundamental years and will tailor the program based on each individual student’s abilities and what their bodies are ready to handle.
Program has proven results of increasing athlete’s speed and strength, allowing them to execute at a higher level than their opponents on the playing field
Taught by NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists-the gold standard of certifications recognized by University strength programs
Staff has over 13 years experience training athletes, including time spent on NCAA FBS Universities’ Strength and Conditioning Programs
Mondays – Thursdays , 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.
