Absolutely! Our programs are designed to be scalable for all ability levels. We also take time to meet with you during the intro class and address any concerns you may have.
What should I bring to class? How do I dress?
Please bring a towel, water bottle, and wear comfortable workout clothes.
What should I expect when I attend a 212 Intro class?
Expect a 45 min introduction class where we will spend a good deal of time talking about proper form and mechanics of the movements you’ll perform in class. We do this so we can get down to business when you attend one of our regular classes! We want to make sure you have a good understanding of these movements, so you don’t cause unnecessary pain or injury to your body as you begin your fitness program.
I don’t want to be in a specific program- can I just come in and workout on my own?
At this time we do not have time and space available at the gym for personal workouts. We hope to add this option at some point in the future, so check back with us. In the meantime, come try one of our engaging group classes—you may never go back to working out by yourself again!
Do I always have to go to the same class time?
At 212, we strive to make our workouts as convenient and enjoyable as possible. We also take pride in the quality of instruction we provide, which is why limit the amount of spots per class. Our OverDrive membership permits you to attend any OverDrive class you wish, as long as you sign up in advance.
I’m in excellent shape; do I have to attend your 212 Intro class?
Yes, but we promise it’s not that bad, and you might even learn something new. We want to make sure everyone is on the same page before you come to your first class.
What is the rate for drop-ins?
If you just want to join us for a single class, the rate is $25.
Do you provide child care?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accommodate children under age 16 in the gym.
