Our Programs


212 Fitness and our signature Boiling Point Program is designed as a Functional Strength & Conditioning Program

-6 days a week, 2 lower body days, 2 upper body days, 2 dynamic/mobility days
- Workouts consist of strength training, HIIT conditioning and aerobic capacity
-45 min sessions
-4 week blocks focusing on progressive overload each week

Training Goals
212 believes in working hard, having fun and getting results in all aspects of your life. Our coaches and our programs focus on keeping you healthy by gaining functional strength and improving muscular endurance and body composition.

Here are some of the exercises we use to develop Functional Strength and Anaerobic/Aerobic Capacity:

Josiah Schultz- a US Marine Combat Veteran- knows this and understands that it takes hard work to get where you want to go, and that the journey needs to be fun. He has used his experience in strength and conditioning to develop the Boiling Point program-which will allow you to achieve optimal health, get the body you want, and be more capable in your recreational activities.

Whether it’s age or a recent injury, you might not be able to train as hard anymore. But that doesn’t mean you should give up on getting stronger! Our Health Training Program is a 3 day/week program that will increase your strength for daily life. This program will help you become healthier and give you the strength to stay in the game, whether that’s skiing, hiking or just playing with the grandkids!

This program is for those who want to improve their strength, movement, stability and train in a safe and smart manner.
