212 Fitness and our signature Boiling Point Program is designed as a Functional Strength & Conditioning Program
Details:
-6 days a week, 2 lower body days, 2 upper body days, 2 dynamic/mobility days
- Workouts consist of strength training, HIIT conditioning and aerobic capacity
-45 min sessions
-4 week blocks focusing on progressive overload each week
