Lean & Mean: Failing to Plan

Week 1 of our Lean and Mean Challenge is in the books! Building a new habit is hard and most of us may have struggled a bit last week. Ask yourself, is your habit SMART. Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Results Driven, Time Bound. An example habit would be to eat less added sugar. A SMART habit would be “Eat a piece of fruit for a morning and afternoon snack 5 days a week.”The next step is to list your challenges and come up with a plan to address them. Remember, failing to plan is planning to fail! Keep up the good work and use your classmates for encouragement and motivation.
