Mobility Drills for Knee Pain

It’s pretty rare to find an athlete who’s never had to deal with some type of knee pain. The good news is that a lot of low grade knee pain is due to improper tracking of the patella due to tension and tightness in the soft tissue above and below the joint.This is a longer video (about 5 minutes), but it goes over some of the drills I’ve had success with over the years when I’ve had knee pain. I select two drills to perform each day, and aim to get at least 4 days of work in each week. When you’re active you’ll have issues pop up, but the key is to spend the necessary time addressing those issues so you can stay active and in the game!
