Nutrition 101 Seminar

Eating right is such an important piece to optimizing your health and reaching your goals. However, there’s so many different thoughts out there and it’s not easy to know what’s valid and what’s not. That being said, like most things in life, the more you work on it, the easier it becomes.These were the main focus points during our nutrition seminar last week-giving you the knowledge you need to be successful and some tips to help you implement that knowledge and make positive changes that become lasting habits. I know a lot of you were unable to attend the seminar, so I’ve included a link to the audio file of the seminar. I’ve also attached 2 handouts. The first is an outline that will help you follow along with the audio and the second has a list of items you should always have stocked in your pantry to set yourself up for success, a list (that is not all inclusive) of foods that should make up the bulk of your diet, as well as a meal formula sheet that really makes it simple to meal plan.Download the audio file, use the handouts to plan your nutrition, and start making some changes!
