Best Paleo Sugar Free Fudge Recipe We've Found So Far!

Having balance is such a critical factor in cutting back on your added sugar, and it’s a good long term strategy to still allow yourself some sweets from time to time. It’s all about making smarter choices when it comes to sweets.Even though the Sugar Slash is over, we can still continue to make better choices and continue your progress. This is an amazing sugar free fudge recipe Jamie made last weekend. I know “Sugar Free Fudge” may sound lame, and I am not the biggest chocolate guy, but this fudge was awesome!1/2 cup coconut oil3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1 large ripe banana8 dates, chopped1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  1. Line a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside
  2. Combine coconut oil and cocoa powder in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  3. Once combined, remove oil and cocoa from heat and whisk until smooth.
  4. In a food processor, combine banana, dates, and vanilla until they form a smooth paste.
  5. Add cocoa mixture and pulse until the mixture comes together and is smooth.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and cover.
  7. Refrigerate until firm, at least 3 hours.
