Sugar Slash Home Stretch

There’s only 2 days left of the Sugar Slash and we’ve made some amazing progress as a gym in our personal fights against sugar! The key now is to keep progressing and not allowing yourself to slip back into your old habits.It’s inevitable to have some small slips back after you’ve been so focused for an entire month, but make sure those small slips don’t snowball into something bigger. The key to maintaining your results is planning. Plan balance back into your diet-don’t try to stay at 100% compliance, but make sure you plan where you’ll allow limited amounts of sugar back in so you keep it under control. Plan to evaluate the past month-what areas did you excel in? What areas did you struggle and can keep working on?You’ve already put in the hard work-just make sure you do the easy part and put in a few minutes of planning to keep moving forward!
