Lean & Mean is On!

Lean and Mean is officially here! If you’ve already planned out your strategy-great, stick with it. If you’re looking for ideas, here’s a suggestion.

  1. Find Your Why-this should be a strong enough reason to get you through the dark days of building a challenging new habit.
  2. Identify Your 1 New Habit- Struggling to come up with one? Cut back on either sugar OR processed snacks. BUT, don’t just focus on what you’re going to cut back on, focus on what you want to replace it with. For sugar, replace with fruit. For processed snacks, pick something on the list below.
  3. Pick how many days you’ll replace sugar or processed snacks with fruit or a snack from the list-4 of 7, 5 of 7, or 6 of 7.
