Earlier this week we talked about the importance of findingyour “WHY”. Now that you have your WHY, it’s time to set your goals.
REMEMBER, having a goalwithout a WHY you care about is a recipe for failure.
Once you know WHY you’re training, you can develop arealistic plan. We can all use some more structure to our routines these daysto stay productive-try structuring your goals with the SMART method. Specific,Measurable (you can’t track what you can’t measure), Attainable (i.e.realistic), Results Driven (don’t set a goal of squatting 300# if you’retraining to lose body fat) and Time Bound (when are you going to do this by).Set some realistic goals and keep progressing on your WHY!
