Schedule/In Person Social Distancing Updates!

212ers- way to get after it again this week! It’s so critical right now to maintain a healthy immune system, so keep making good choices when it comes to your exercise, nutrition, sleep and stress levels.

 

We are continuing to slowly add in person training sessions each week-next week we will add Monday at 8am, and Tuesday/Thursday at 6pm. For those of you coming in to train at 212, masks are no longer required, but we would ask that you still check in with a mask on. Once you move to your exercise station, you are welcome to take it off. For those of you who want to continue to Zoom, we are committed to keeping Zoom and recorded options into June and possibly even longer. You can find the updated training schedule here.
