Regular exercise,strength training specifically, also have a positive impact on bone density andhealth. At 30 years of age we start to lose as much as 3 to 5 percent of ourlean muscle mass per year. Strength training will keep that muscle mass on andhelp us protect ourselves from diseases later in life, likeosteoporosis. Also, SLEEP!! Studies show that 150 minutes ofmoderate-to-vigorous exercise per week can provide up to 65% improvement insleep quality.
