Great seeing so many of you on Zoom this past  week and more of you in person. We understand more and more of you are wanting to train in person, while many of us still want to maintain social distancing on Zoom. We are committed to providing training options for everyone, but that means the training schedule changes weekly. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to juggle these schedules! 


For Memorial Day, this coming Monday, May 25, there will be one ZOOM session at 8am. The rest of the week’s schedule is up on Mindbody-please note that at certain times we will have in person training AND Zoom training happening at the same time. Remember to confirm you are signing up for the appropriate training type --  Open Gym or ZOOM.
